• Case Information: USCIS Receipt Numbers that you voluntarily enter to track your case status.
• Uploaded Documents: PDF documents (Petitions, RFEs) that you upload for AI analysis.
• Device Information: Basic device identifiers used for app functionality and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Case Tracking: We use your Receipt Number to query the public USCIS case status system on your behalf.
• AI Analysis: We specifically use Google Gemini AI to process and analyze your uploaded documents.
  • Important: Your documents are processed only for the purpose of generating the analysis and are not used to train our AI models.
• Improvements: failed analyses may be logged to improve our system stability.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: Your case history is stored locally on your device.
• Cloud Processing: When you use AI features, data is transmitted securely (via SSL/TLS) to our servers and to Google's AI APIs.
• Retention: We do not retain your uploaded documents after analysis is complete. They are deleted from our processing servers.
